ABOUT MARY

Mary studied interior design at UCLA and graduated with a BA in Economics.

Deeply rooted in her community, Mary is a long-time resident of LA’s Westside. She graduated from Palisades High School, was a resident of Santa Monica for 15 years and has lived near Century City since 1999.

Mary earned her reputation as a design industry tastemaker and trend setter as the owner of Caldelle Leather in Santa Monica.

Mary’s career in real estate started in short term rentals and real estate staging. Merging her design talents with her business acumen, Mary offers a unique skill set to her clients.

When preparing a home for market, Mary guides seller's to transform their home to create an emotional first impression for prospective buyers. The impact yields maximum market value.

Mary applies her design expertise, diligence and top notch customer service skills to assist buyers in their search for a new home, whether it be a turnkey property that checks all the boxes or a diamond in the rough.

In addition to her career in real estate, Mary is an active Westside community leader. Mary served on Westside Neighborhood Council (WNC) representing stakeholders from her neighborhood near Century City. She also served as Vice President of the Century Glen HOA Board of Directors, and is a founding board member of the non-profit West LA Homeless (www.wlah.org). As an active community advocate, Mary has navigated complex situations for the betterment of the community she serves.

Mary is an avid fan of contemporary art, collector of fine art photography and lover of Southern California nature. In her spare time, Mary enjoys spending time in Malibu or the Santa Monica Mountains, gallery hopping, or absorbing art at one of Los Angeles' world class museums.
